Working in a good design environment with motivating colleagues where you can see good prospects and future (moving on to even better agencies), with pretty good clienteles and design jobs,
But 70% of the time you get to execute ideas only, 20% of the time you get to do works right from concept to the finished artwork, 10% of the time you are doing works that do not need concepts, just visuals.
You don't get to conceptualise the works probably because 1.You are a pathetic Junior Graphic Designer or 2. It is the company's culture that the CD conceptualises and passes the execution down. 3. ...
OR!
In a environment small, cooped up and not design conducive, 2 designer including yourself, with known clients but jobs tt you dont like to do...say, conceptualise classified ads, how to make it different from the rest. You cannot foresee yourself moving on to a better agencies from here.
But because of the small company, you get to conceptualise 80% of the works you're assigned to (think: classified ads, S.A.M. machines in China, ...)
